"network name cannot be found" Windows 7 solution?

Hi

I’m sure i’m not the first to write this and have looked through the boards for the answer but can’t find it.

I’ve setup My Live 1tb. I login via wd2go no probs but when I click shares to view folders I get the following message.

“network name cannot be found” 

I’ve tried accessing it on another laptop I have with XP on and after an adjustment to the netdav.inf which I found on here it works fine but I can’t get past the issue on Windows 7.

Does anyone have the solution ?

Have you tried using another web browser? Also be sure to have the latest java update installed.
