Network Import service is unavailable

Hello,

I have my cloud home device (A). I also have an access to a shared folder on my cloud device (B) of my friend. Now, I want to import all contents from (B) to (A). To do that, I enable Network Import service. However, after taking some time, it says that the network import service is unavailable.

How should I deal with this issue?
