Network connection failure(904) or (907) - through mobile data connection

Hi all,

I have browsed throug the limited threads on the above error. I have no issues with wifi/lan connection, but I am not able connect through WD2GO android application using mobile data.

I have tried:

  1. disable / endable Remote Access

  2. uninstall / uninstall application

  3. Portforwarding

  4. Factory reset the entire NAS

I am still hit with the error.

Tried with Galaxy Note and Nexus 7. Both encountered same error.

Can you please provide the firmware version for your MBL?
