I had my WD TV Live connected wirelessly. It only took two days to figure out how to get network sharing to work. Unfortunately, as has been reported here endlessly, streaming HD video wirelessly does not work. I pulled out some xe104 powerline adapters and hooked them up to my WD TV Live. Now, although I am connected to the internet and can get youtube, I am no longer able to see my network shares. Does anyone have any ideas about how to fix this? TIA DesertRick
Sounds like a factory reset is in order.
If that doesn’t fix it, let us know. I can’t imagine why Wireless would see them, but WIRED would not.
I know. Go figure. I did a hard reset. Could see the network, but when I pressed on a computer, I got: “This network share could not be accessed.” This is very frustrating!
Yes, VERY frustrating!
I get that “This network share could not be accessed” fairly often, but usually if I try again immediately, it will work.
Does that happen for you?
