Watched Netflix before work yesterday with no issues. Once back home tried ot light it off and instead of the intro screen when Netflix has been selected the device freezes for approx a minute, then reboots.
Tried Accuweather and Youtube with no problems, but repeated power downs and retries did not solve the problem and it remains the same this morning. Checked and it shows the latest update is resident.
Have you tried disconnecting the power cable for 15/20 seconds and then tried again? You can also try to press the reset button.
