Netflix not available?

I set up my WD Live last night, but when I attempt to access Netflix it tells me it’s unavailable. There is no activation code listed…just “Netflix not available” and a nice reminder to try again later.

I have Netflix running on my Roku box, so this is a real concern. Is there something I’m missing here? Am I missing an activation code for Netflix? On the Roku, it popped up when I first accessed the Netflix channel. On WD Live…nothing.

Can someone assist here??

The WDTV Live for the forum you’re posting in doesn’t do NetFlix at all.

If it says NetFlix is unavailable, there could be a network problem…  the WD’s don’t use an activation code.   They pop-up a message asking if you’re already a member, and if you are, it asks you to log in using your netflix user e-mail and password.

But if it’s not getting even that far, then there’s either an issue with your network, or an issue somewhere between you and NetFlix…  

The LIve plus has Netflix support, so he’s in the right place.

When you access Netflix, you should get a prompt to enter your Netflix user/pwd.  And then your Netflix page will show (same as if you logged in via PC).
