Netflix log in

Hi there. For the past couple of weeks, when launching Netflix from the Services tab, I am taken directly to the free trial sign in page. I have a Netflix account and could previously access it, but now cannot seem to navigate away from the free trial sign in.

I ahve done a full system reboot severla times.

I can access Netflix fine from my laptop and my Wii.

Any advice?

I was able to solve my own problem. I did a full system reset, (which I think reset the Netflix ESN). Now I can log in and watch.
