the problem is that the label of the box clearly says that reproduce content from Netflix. I buy here in Chile, I have the invoice and set up shop at that store knew that in a couple of months and would come here netflix leeo so it is not solved with new firmawere because the DRM is inlaid in hardware, this is a scam

No, it clearly says that device will do it _ U.S. and Canada only _. Nothing ever said Latin American Netflix would ever be added to devices meant to be sold in North America only.
If the store told you that you’d be able to use it for Latin American Netflix when you bought it, they were either wrong or just lying to get a sale out of you.
There no solution, hardware limitation.

they released a new firmware for the canadian users. but for latin american units they won’t do the same.
they just lauched a new player. you will have to buy it if you want netflix.

That’s because the U.S. and Canadian versions share the same hardware with embedded instruction sets. The S. American units do not and can not be upgraded via firmware.
