Netflix acting weird

So today my Netflix decided to start acting weird. 

I no longer have recently watched and my categories that used to 50+ suggestions now only have 15-20. 

I also do not have the custom categories.  Just basic ones like comedy, drama, thriller.

The app works fine on my Tablet and PC but doesn’t work here.

I have tried deactivating the account, resetting online accounts, and finally factory reset the device to no avail. 

I even called Netflix support but they were no help.  Any ideas?

has anything change recently on your setup?

That all comes from NetFlix’s servers.   Nothing on the WD controls the categorization and suggestions…
