Have a WD Live Plus that is having trouble connecting to Netflix. Message simply says to try again. I can access Netflix from my other computers. I can also access other internet services just fine using the WD Live Plus. I reset the device already and that did not help. One thing I did notice is the date and time are not being set. They are stuck in 1999 so I suspect this might be the issue. Any one else run into this problem?
Yes, if the date and time aren’t correct, Netflix WILL NOT WORK. You need to make sure you are not blocking NTP at your router.
