Am I missing something?
I am trying to copy some files from a USB drive and it’s in some nested folders. Am I not able to open a folder? Does it have to be the entire folder?
What about the three dots to the right on the folder that seems to do nothing.
I have tried this in Safari 14.1.2, Chrome Version 99.0.4844.51, and on Andriod, and I can’t click into the folder to access deeper files and the 3 dots seem useless.
Am I missing something or is this just the way it is?

Are you saying that I should be able to open folders on the USB drive from the phone app or browser log in?

A number of years ago had similar issue when connecting via web browser of not being able to copy contents of subdirectories, only folders were created. Ran out of time to resolve. #WDUserRewards
