My WD SmartWare software for My Passport external hard drive stopped working. I tried to uninstall it and can not because I get an error that the MSI file is not found. I searched my Hard Disk and could not find and WD*.MSI files. How can I uninstall it and where do I get the latest version that will work with my hard drive - I understand that WD BACKUP does not support it so I need a good version of WD SmartWare
@drbarak If you are using Windows have you opened the Control Panel and chose Uninstall a Program? Find WD SmartWare and select it, then try Repair and see if that solves your problem.
