Need to format the External Drive before using but format error

Hi I had checked my externel drive in “Disk Management” and it said the drive is RAW. Then I can’t find my External Drive in my file explorer.I tried to pluck in the external drive in the other computer and it says need to format before using the drive but i tried to format it says format error. I may need your help .

The other drive didnt shows on File Explorer.

I tried to delete the volume in Disk Management and it says “A device which does not exist was specified”.

If Windows Disk Management won’t do it … try a 3rd Party Software solution

eg. Aomei, EaseUS etc. i use Aomei
