I recently had to reinstall Windows 10 which meant I lost the WD Smartware software. I discussed this with a WD service rep who had me download the “WD backup” software. Sorry for my lack of “computer terminology” but it created a separate “partician” on my passport external hard drive (WD backup.swstor) placing the new backup files there. The old backup files are on the orignal "WD Smartware.swstor partician. Is the WD Smartware software still available? I have looked in the “download” section, but it does not appear to be there. There is really no sense in having two separate areas with all of my backup files.
