Need some help with LifeGuard

I’m trying to run the DLGDIAG for Windows because I keep getting a “Raid Access Error” on SATA 2.0. I’ve downloaded and installed the LifeGuard and I’m running it as an administrator. Yet the drive I need to scan, the one with the raid error, is still listed under logical and not physical drives. Help?

dlg diagnostics doesn’t read raid drives.  they’ll show up as logical partitions, but you can’t do anything with them.

You may be able to access them with HDSentinel running from a bootable USB stick. That worked for me, accessing two drives in mirror RAID on an Intel Server mobo. Running in Windows it did not work, but the DOS version on a bootable thumb drive scanned them no problem. It saw them as normal drives.
