Need PR2100 SATA Connector Backplane

My first post here…

Are individual parts available for the PR2100 and PR4100 NAS’s? If so who do I contact?

I have a PR2100 where one SATA connector is broken where some one must have forced a drive into the slot.

I believe I identified the connector mfg but trying the figure out the extract replace of the SATA surface-mount connector mfg part number.

@WEL0058, WD drives are manufactured using non-serviceable parts inside. Hence the drives can not get serviced. WD does not have any service center across the globe. Drive can only get replaced if it is under the warranty period.

So is customer required to ship the old NAS back?

Does WD sell old NAS for parts?
