[Need help] WD Unlocker Application not found

Hi,

I’m using WD Passport WDBYNN0010BBK - 1 TB, and when I connected it to my laptop, there was notification of WD Unlocker Application not found (see the screenshot)

I have tried my other WD Passport Ultra WDBGPU0010BBK and there was no such error.

I also tried different ports in my laptop and it didn’t help.

Please help fix this error!

Try to install the WD Security and unlock the drive using WD Security and check if the issue still persist. Please refer to the link given below for more information.
