I keep getting the “Unable to create the folder ‘New folder’” error message. I cannot find any direction on how to fix or handle this issue.
What OS are you using? Are you trying this in Smartware?

using window 7. And yes to the smartware.
It maybe a Windows permission/sharing issue. Go into Computer and right click on the drive properties then go into sharing and select everyone and give it full e\permission and see if that helps.

I’m having the same problem, and my permissions in the properties are set to full control for everyone? Any other suggestions?
