Need help accessing portable drive

I have a portable drive, apparently an old Passport, model WD600U017-001. It came with Mojo, a portable Windows environment (ca. 2006) installed, and a Mojopac label on the front. I’d like to use it as a data drive, but it’s invisible in This PC, and device manager shows it as “WDC ROM MODEL-SCORPIO–USB Device” Clicking on that, I get
Device USBSTOR\Disk&Ven_WDC_ROM&Prod_MODEL-SCORPIO–&Rev_0000\DEF10D131D82&0 was configured.

Driver Name: disk.inf
Class Guid: {4D36E967-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
Driver Date: 06/21/2006

I assume the Mojo software is blocking my access. How do I make the drive usable?

Forgot to mention: I’m on Win 10 Pro x64, Anniversary Edition.

Also, do I need a two-headed USB cable for this, and if so where do I get one? At the moment I’m using a single-headed cable, in a USB 3 jack.

Hello,

Is the drive showing up from disk management and can you please share the status under disk management?

You can connect the drive with a single-headed cable but make sure it’s plugged in directly to the USB port in the computer.
