Hi guys. Before i purchase the WD HD TV Live, please could someone confirm:
a) You have access to the usb drive connected to the WD box and can drag and drop files using a computer connected over the network instead of unplugging the usb drive and plugging it directly into the computer.
b) .MP4 files no longer have audio sync issues when you fast forward or pause
c) mkv files have no issues with playback.

I have a wired connection from both Vista and WinXP PCs to a Live with v. 1.04.10 fw.
I can confirm that I have access to the Live’s USB-connected WD 2TB drive via both PCs for drag and drop file manipulation. I can also confirm that I have MKVs on the 2TB drive and don’t have any problems with them. I don’t have any .MP4s, so I can’t confirm anything on that front.
Not that you asked, but I also have ISOs that work perfectly for me, too, menus, sound, video and all.
One other thing I just thought of with the 1.04.10 fw that affects me - after pausing and unpausing a video, the info bar remains, but is removed by pressing ‘enter’ after resuming play.
