Need backup app from AppStore

Hello,

my Ex2 Ultra hangs in the local network without possibility to connect it to the internet!
Now I wanted to make a normal USB backup and found that no longer works without extra app…wtf.

Does anyone have an idea where I can get this backup app on the net to install it manually?
