SMARTWARE does not work with either of my 2 computers. Anyone know of a good Backup/Restore software package that will work with NAS devices like the Mirror?

Why is WD SmartWare not working? You can use Windows Backup (Control Panel) with your WD My Cloud Mirror if you use Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate. Additionally, any 3rd party application that works with network shares (SMB) should be compatible with your NAS.
