NAS Red 8TB Drive Failure

Hello,

I was trying to add 4 x 8TB Red drive to pr4100 and they were pulled from my book duo.

The two from later EFAX 256mb were recognised but the two EFZX were nit recognised and flagged as Failed drive.

Would you please help.

Hi bluelight,

Did you check the two drives which are not recognized in the device directly to the computer?

The pr4100 is doing a Raid build now.

Will plug in drives directly in windows for testing later.
