NAS Recycle Bin - Urgently needed feature?

Upon searching seems like once you delete a file for the WD MyBook Live Duo it is gone forever (unless you use recovery software). I’m not sure why the NAS doesn’t have a recycle bin for such instances, but in my opinion it urgently needs one.

Many people seem to be raising the same query - surely it should be a standard feature as it would be useful to almost  everyone.

Could this be prioritised as an added new feature and included in an upcoming update please?

Your post sounds more like a good Feature Request; best placed in the Ideas Exchange section. This way someone from WD will be sure to see it and will allow more users to support your idea. However, I would first search and make sure that there are no other active Feature Requests suggesting the same or similar improvements. If there is, then you could add your post and vote on it.
