NAS not accessible after power outage

I have a WD Mycloud EX4. We had a power outage. NAS re powered but there are no drive indicator lights, no ability to scroll through on device, not accessible via computer or via the IP address. LCD screen still has Welcome to MyCloudEX4 on it though. How long is it supposed to take to be accessible again after a power outage? I tried the 40 second reset - still can’t access it. I need a solution that will be available as soon as the power is restored. I’m getting the idea that MyCloudEX4 isn’t it…
