My needs are expanding and I need the security of the dual system. I am considering moving from a MyCloud (single drive) to an EX2 (with larger capacity drives). Once I have the new system installed how should I transfer everything from the single drive to the EX2?
You can either transfer the files manually by drag and dropping or copy and pasting or go through the My Cloud Web interface to create a backup to the new My Cloud. Take a look at the user’s manual for instructions on how to back up to another My Cloud.
