Name and Password for the Server WDMyCloud

I have trying to restore from time machine on mac and it prompts me for the name and password for the server WDMyCloud. For the life of me I have entrered number of times and it wont accept it. I am trying to  connect  as Registered User. If I try as Guest , i get an error message that time machine cant access the backup. 

Please help!

Have you tried using the password from your computer?

Hey, I’m having the same problem - have used both my mycloud password and my computer password and both i get the same message back : “There was a problem connecting to the server “WDMyCloud”. Check the server name or IP address, and then try again. If you continue to have problems, contact your system administrator.”

And suggestions for troubleshooting?
