Hi…

I’ve installed the WD Printer Share software and theprinter Driver -  it connects fine and I can print.

Here’s the problem :

As soon as I installed the software on a second laptop the software on the 2 machines just loops. The printer appears on the FIRST laptop, then disappears, then appears on the SECOND laptop, disappears and so on.

Is only 1 computer at a time allowed to be connected ?

Can anyone help me out with this…  many thanks.

Hi ziggycat, the printer should be accessible to all of the computers on the same network. Have you tried doing a test print on both computers?
