N750 Wireless hangs

Hi all,

I’m still having trouble with my router.

I have notcied that the wireless hangs sometimes. If I restart the router it starts to work again.

I have the latest firmware.

Any ideas for this?

This is a very common issue with many people. Most people had some luck by turning off 5ghz wireless and also QoS service option.

Otherwise, hang in there, a newer firmware should fix these issues.

Btw, how often if it hanging up? once a day? 2-3 times a day?

Welcome to the lock up club!  Membership is free with the purchase of every router!  I would suggest filing a trouble ticket or rma to draw attention to the problem.  Comments in the forum do get seen by WD, but this has been a long, uphill road so far, with no end in sight.

Not that bad, looks like every day or so. but it knocks every device off.
