MyWDCloud 3TB read/write all time even network uplug

Please suggest that can i solve this problem.

It’s read or write (a HDD would accessed all the time) all day even i unplug a network cable (not connect via USB only LAN wire).

I used this machine for 4 month. In 1-2 month, it’s work fine. After that it’s start to read/write every time while power on.

Please help to solve my issue.

Is this a standard firmware, no changes by you? One thing you could try is to check the file /tmp/browse.dat. There is a case where it gets accessed every few minutes or so. You can check this by doing an ls -l /tmp/browse.dat. What some of us have done to get around the issue of browse.dat being updated is issue the following command.
mount -o remount,noatime,nodiratime /dev/root /
