Mysterious question mark

As the attached image shows, there is a mysterious question mark that appears over the MyCloud Drive in IOS.
I can, however, access the music on it, so it seems to be working.

I can’t, though, access the dashboard on my laptop; my feeling is that it both have to do with some network restrictions at work.

Can’t figure out the ? though.

I ended up deleting and reinstalling the IOS app, and that seems to have worked

Same issue here with 2TB MyCloud Drive and iOS app. If I reinstall the app, all goes ok until the app is restarted. Then, the icon shows a question mark.

The solution above does not fix de issue.
