MySQL server

Hi,

My purpose is to have a MySQL centralized KODI library.

I’m not very familiar with Linux tools and software…
Been looking for a way to install MySQL server in MyCloud (v4+) to no avail.

Am I missing something or it hasn’t been done yet?

have you used the subforum search feature, magnifying glass icon upper right, to search for MySql? There are a number of past discussions that might provide additional information or clues on how to possibly get such a combination working.

Yes, I’ve seen that, and it was the closest I got…

No MySQL installation instruction for v4 (64K) yet, AFAIK.
