I have tried for the better part of 4 hours to get this to work remotely… Some of the issue is that the iPad is using a newer version of phpmyadmin than the NAS is… Can phpmyadmin be upgraded?

According to the MySQL documentation I need to change a line in the my.cnf(my.ini) file. It seems that I cannot find it. Once the line is changed I can get to it remotely…
I’ve got the same problem. I received no answer (not even any views) here, but maybe someone in this topic will hear my call for help. I cannot find the file in “/etc/” nor “/etc/mysql/”. Neither “my.cnf”, nor “my. conf”, nor “my.ini”.
