MyPassport Ultra will not Mount on OS Mojave 10.14.5

I’ve reformatted the new 4TB drive to MacOS Extended (Journaled) but cannot mount the external hard drive; it remains greyed out and the First Aid check says it’s “OK.” Cannot find external hard drive via Finder.

Did you try to connect My Passport Ultra on another Mac for this issue?

Press the mount button in the Disk Utility when the drive is selected.
