MyNet N900 Wired Ports Not Working, Wireless fine

Per subject, yesterday after a power hit the modem came back on and all is working fine except for wired ports.  Wireless is fine.  The computers say “connected” to the wired port, but no internet connection is obtained.  IP addresses are assigned, but still no connection.

Would a hard factory reset correct?  Is it possible only the wired ports are affected?  Seems strange to me.

Running 1.04 FW.

I recommend a reset and/or a power cycle.

I have attempted a power cycle several times.  Even left unplugged for 30 minutes.  Did not come back up.  Could a power surge have taken out some circuitry to only affect the wired ports?  What about a setting change?
