MyCloundEX4 is no longer visable via media players

Since the latest updates the media players in the house can no longer see the MCEX4 on the network when it searches for media servers like they could before. This has been an issue since the latest firmware updates, the user accounts were wiped out as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can your Media Players access your NAS directly via network shares as opposed to DLNA Media Servers?
