Hello everybody,
As your particular guide points out, the problem with cell phone backups is that all the photos end up in a folder on the MyCloud Home app and not in a nice folder structure like on the cell phone. I previously downloaded the Photosync app and bought the premium package. I now have problems setting up because I cannot find any IP addresses / host names etc. from my MyCloud Home. I didn’t find anything in the forum, it was great if someone helped me.
