MyCloudEX2Ultra both drives failed

I got an error message yesterday that a RAID volume was degraded. So I performed a manual disk rebuild. Last night it all worked perfectly. This morning I had the degraded message again, but the system said both disks were healthy. Then I got a message about the system being too busy to insert a new drive. Then I got a message to insert drives. I can no longer access the drives. Any thoughts on how to fix the issue??
