MyCloudEX2Ultra 5.19.117 Lost all APPS

All of the apps disappeared. I tried a factory restore and they didn’t return. How do I get the Apps back? I am trying to configure for MyCloud to remote MyCloud backup.

I have this same issue on multiple MyCloud EX2 Ultra devices. I have tried the steps in the link on the knowledge base.

When I try to install it says the install failed.

Are the apps you are trying to backup specifically for OS3? If so, they will fail.

@retired25 Did you update OS 3 to OS 5 5.19.117 directly ? Or you updated from prior OS 5 versions ?

If you have updated directly from OS 3 to OS 5, I would like to share the below 3rd party Matrix.

Just encountered the same problem recently, suspectly after the very recent system update on Nov. 1st 2023. Previousely installed apps all disappeared and reinstallation always failed. Don’t seem to find any solution on the internet. I guess I really need to hurry up my plan to replace WD’s My Cloud system.
