i have a new MyCloudEx2 Ultra that don´t have internet acess, the ip is correct i have tested with 2 internet connections but the problem remains, i have upgraded to the new My Cloud OS 5.06.115 by file
but the problem remains.
I need fix this to connect to the cloud

@Bybruno please open a support case and attach your My Cloud System logs per the article listed below.
Hello thanks for your reply but i don´t see a option to attach the log,
i already have the zip file but in the form ask a question there is no option to send the log.
