MyCloudEX2 MFT Damaged

MyCloud EX2 hard drives(both of them) have damaged Master File Table (MFT). The MyCloud web interface is working and the SMART data for both drives is good.

Is it possible to rebuild the MFT by reformatting the drives or are the drives bricked?

If so, how do I proceed with rebuilding the drives?
