MyCloud wont turn up after 60 sec restart

Hi,

i have MyCloud Home 4TB. I recently got a new one since the old one passed away. it had a guaranty so they replaced it.

So, now the problem is that after support guys guided me to the 60sec reset, now disk seems dead, there is no light blinking or disk giving any sound.

What should i do? Thx.
