Mycloud WD become read-only after power loss

Hi everyone,
My cloud wd after hard or soft reset, and create account, i can copy data to wd normally. But when power loss, all folders and files become read-only. I do many times, results same
I can’t write to any folders including public folders. I can’t use it, and really want to break out.
Plz help me, i only want to read and write data normally from PC or Android.
