MyCloud stopped working with Cisco ASA firewall

I’ve been using a Cisco 5506 ASA as my home firewall and I recently lost connectivity with my MyCloud NAS device. I’m concerned that a recent software update to the NAS may have caused this.

Is anyone else using a Cisco ASA experiencing this issue?

Have you taken a look at your 5506’s logs for the potential cause?

Logs look good. Packet trace looks good too. Pcap showed an incomplete TCP handshake though.
