MyCloud software on macBook Pro

I find I cannot install the MyCloud software on my MacBook Pro. I get a message saying that the software cannot be installed and that I should contact the manufacturer. Which I did (three weeks ago) but they haven’t answered… Any ideas out there as to what the problem might be? My MacBook is running OS 10.6.8

Not sure what the problem is, I’m running the software on Mavericks…

Try downloading the software from here:

You can also map the drive without the software.
