MyCloud shows files that FTP doesn't

My Cloud OS 3 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud EX2

Can anyone please tell me why I can see files when I’m logged into http://www.mycloud.com/
But when I login via FTP the 3 folders are missing.

Make sure that you are setting the FTP access properly.
