Mycloud problems

So we all know about the connectivity issues with mycloud. Yes, it seems like it’s back up. However, my EX4100 and PR4100 can only connect in relay mode and neither shows any apps available in the ‘Add an App’ pop up. I presume these are all related. I’ve rebooted both my router and both NAS and still the problem remains.

Anyone else having a similar issue?

Is there a difference between using the GUI system restore and using the paperclip method? This morning when I awoke, the apps were again populated without me having to do anything. However, I am still on relay connection. I did do a GUI system restore, rebooted my router and still I’m on relay.
