Mycloud pr2100 system only restore takes hours

Hi, I’m new to this blog, so please bear with me. So, I have a pr2100 4tb mycloud device, and at 4am I made a system only restore on it. Fast forward to 1pm, it’s still stuck on reboot stage.

Is it normal that it’s taking this long for just system only restore? I really need to access some files on it, and I’m wondering if i can manually restart it by pressing the power button.

Hey @dngmats @Bennor I’m having the same issue it’s been rebooting for my 9 hours. Is this normal? Did you guys have any success with this?
