Mycloud OS5 no longer converting HEIC to JPG on upload

I’ve just updated from OS3 to OS5

I used to upload photos from iPhone camera roll to OS3 so they could be opened on a Windows PC and they would appear in the shared folder as a JPG

Since update have done this for the first time and they are now showing as a HEIC?

I also used to be able to select as many photos as I wanted to upload in one go, now if I select more than 20 the option to share to mycloud does not appear within the camera roll?

Anyone have any idea how to resolve?

I know I can change iPhone settings to shoot photos in JPG but this isn’t ideal, any reason that it doesn’t work in exactly the same way that OS3 did???
