MyCloud OS5 iPhone app won't connect

I know people have been complaining about this for a long time, but I can’t find any answers. My iPhone app was working fine and then I upgraded to OS5. I deleted my OS3 mobile app and installed the new OS5 app. Now when I log in all I get is a statement that my device (EX2100) is offline. It isn’t offline as I can access it from my PC with no problem.

Anyone ever figure this one out?

Most of that article has to do with things beyond the mobile app. OS3 app worked perfectly. Only change was an upgrade to OS5. Now the new mobile app recognizes me saying Hello XXX, but no connection to the server. Why? If OS3 mobile app could connect, what did WD change in OS5 to disable mobile connections? Nothing else changed on my router, WiFI, cell carrier, etc.
